Summary:
The OT Project Lead serves as a key player in driving the development and execution of Operational Technology (OT) initiatives. This individual is positioned at the intersection of IT and operations, managing projects that enhance digital infrastructure, integrate applications, and align with continuous improvement efforts across departments. Key Responsibilities Develop scopes, plans, and timelines; lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact OT projects. Facilitate seamless data flow between OT and IT systems, including PLCs, MES, and ERP. Contribute to OT strategic planning; help operational leaders identify and prioritize impactful technology projects. Deploy and maintain OT hardware/software, including IIoT and edge computing systems. Maintain clear documentation and ensure scalable, standardized processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with IIoT technologies, system integration, edge computing. Familiarity with PLCs, MES, MRP, and ERP systems.

$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
