Job Title Real Estate Senior Systems Analyst The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and responsive team player who can multi-task and has excellent analytical skills. As a member of the Fidelity Real Estate Company (RE) Technology Innovation team, you will provide analysis and support for several real estate applications and systems. In this role, you will partner with the Director of Real Estate Technology Operations, other systems analysts, business subject matter experts, and corporate technology teams to analyze and support the implementation, integration, and use of systems managing various aspects of Fidelity’s real estate portfolio. A key activity of this role will be participating in planning, management, and delivery of dynamic real estate technology initiatives while engaging and managing multiple stakeholders. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Critical thinking with focus on delivery execution and quality of outcomes, with confirmed ability to work in a fast paced, multifaceted and time-sensitive environment. Familiarity with real estate or construction Project Management Information Systems Experience with cloud-based industry leading financial and procurement applications Ability to quickly learn and understand the RE technology ecosystem, its dependencies, and potential downstream impacts. Working knowledge of the technologies involved in integrating applications with existing enterprise systems (APIs). Ability to support multiple initiatives and react to changes in prioritization. Strong analytical and organizational skills including attention to detail and prioritization skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate and translate business needs into technical requirements and use cases. Ability to design business process workflows and comprehensive business cases. Demonstrated success with working on cross-functional initiatives that required strong collaboration with both internal and external business partners. Ability to troubleshoot production related issues and engage with our Technology and Business partners to bring to resolution. Self-motivated individual to work independently and ability to work as a team. Experience with agile/scrum methodologies, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance working on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work with tight time constraints and competing priorities. Act as a critical issue point of contact and facilitate resolution of issues and user requests. Identify potential risks/issues and communicate to project team and/or users. Ability to think strategically into the future while ensuring near term execution Demonstrated experience successfully managing technology initiatives. Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools such as Miro, SharePoint, Teams, and Confluence. Delivering outstanding business operational results efficiently and effectively. Driving innovation for our organization through curiosity, a detailed understanding of business needs, and technology expertise. Aligning with the RE vision to provide places and create spaces that encourage associates, business and customers to thrive.
