No Description SAIC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Configuration Analyst , with strong attention to detail, to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting configuration management (CM) activities for the MAGTF Common Handheld project and ensuring that all CM processes are followed to maintain the integrity and traceability of configuration items throughout their lifecycle. This position in onsite in Hanahan, SC.
Job Duties:
Implement and maintain Configuration Management (CM) processes and policies in accordance with company and customer standards. Utilize CMPro software for CM activities, including tracking and managing configuration items, change control, and status accounting. Assist with development and maintenance of CM plans, policies, and procedures. Conduct Review Board meetings and prepare relevant documentation. Ensure proper documentation and version control of all project artifacts. Perform audits and reviews to ensure compliance with CM standards and practices. Collaborate with project teams to resolve configuration issues and implement process improvements. Provide training and support to project teams on CM processes and tools. Generate and present CM status reports and metrics to management and stakeholders. Support license management and

Qualifications Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors and two (2) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Security Clearance:
Must have an active secret clearance on first day of employment.
Required Skills:
Experience with Configuration Management (CM) processes and policies. Understanding CMPro software. Experience in implementing software and software license version control processes, policies, and procedures Experience in establishing and maintaining baselines, especially in virtual machine environments Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a government or defense contracting environment. Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Background in IT or supply warehousing
