Internal and External Position Description This position is responsible for applying basic knowledge through education and background skills to support and maintain solutions that enhance the capability to deliver and present critical enterprise systems in efficient methods across the company.

Essential Job Tasks:

Possesses basic understanding of load balancing strategies/ techniques, application switching / traffic management, and persistence and SSL certificates. Possesses basic understanding of associated infrastructure technologies is essential as you will be working with a multitude of applications and varying needs of different user groups. Provides analytical support to customers and other areas of IT to develop solutions to business needs on a limited basis. Possesses basic understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the application delivery and integration management field. Relies on limited experience to plan and accomplish goals. Stays abreast of technological changes in the industry as pertains to job objectives. Requires limited supervision and/or direction. Implements and maintains solutions that enhance the capability to deliver and present critical enterprise systems in efficient and highly maintainable methods across the corporation. Provides limited knowledge regarding the integration of applications across the business and expected to research and rely on the experienced team members for expanding knowledge. Implements business critical integration solutions, utilizing appropriate methods and documentation provided. Engages on project teams that solve provide technical solutions which includes evaluating, implementing and supporting new technology solutions as they become practical. Works with experienced team members to implement integrated solutions to ensure it meets organizational needs; identifying, isolating, and resolving production problems related to integration. Consults with customers about load balancing objectives, gather requirements, design, implement, and configure devices. Performs maintenance type tasks for middleware support, including out of the box patching and updates; participates in various systems administration and software development projects resulting in on-going support and maintenance of these corporate systems; assist in linking applications to database systems. Enhances job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging integration technologies and practices which helps foster a knowledge sharing approach that positions the team as subject matter experts and the hub for application delivery information. Rotates on call duties one week a month 24/7 or as business demands responding to escalated problems as needed. Position Requirements This position may be eligible for hybrid (remote and in person arrangement). Will consider System Integration Analyst II or III System Integration Analyst II Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field + 2 years experience, Associate’s Degree + 4 years experience or High School Diploma + 6 years experience.

Compensation Information:

$82,520

Compensation Information:

$102,560
