Job Description

Leading pharmaceutical solutions organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a fully REMOTE position. This role exists as a member of the company Enterprise CLM Solutions team. Under general direction of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solutions Service Manager, this role supports business owners in identifying specific business problems and the associated Icertis, (and-related), system needs and services. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Icertis.

6 months

Work Hours:

8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm Work schedule: M-F 9am-5pm with occasional need to start early to collaborate with offshore teammates, and bi-annual weekend hours to support testing of Icertis Platform upgrades. Required Skills & Experience Role requires skill in using MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Syntex to support analysis and communication of requirements. Experience Supporting SaaS applications will be beneficial. Experience working within the Agile development methodology and with work management tools like Jira is a plus. Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management and applications designed to support that process will be beneficial. Specific experience supporting Icertis Platform configuration will be a differentiator for the candidate. Strong decision-making skills. Strong customer service skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply application knowledge to identify appropriate solutions Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts. What You Will Be Doing Interviews business areas for the purpose of defining business needs and priorities and assists the business owner by translating these needs into functional specifications by performing further analysis. Assumes primary responsibility for analysis and documentation of cost benefit analysis in preparation of business case for new development projects. Manages work plan to ensure the timely completion of functional specifications for either new systems or major enhancements. Develops proposals that will provide the most appropriate solutions to solve a business need Prepares or oversees the preparation of preliminary user requirements as well as documentation materials for all delivered systems. Participates in requirements inspections/peer reviews. Assists in the post-implementation analysis and testing to review and evaluate if the requirements were fulfilled. Assists in the development of training programs and materials that will assist the end users and customers in better utilizing new or enhanced applications.
