Summary Lead all testing activities including achievement of deliverables and deadlines. Identify and define opportunities for improvement, measurements for those improvements and the implementation to ensure that overall quality standards and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Description Position Purpose:
As a Senior System Testing Analyst, you will oversee daily test planning, assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolve blockers and lead all testing activities including achievement of deliverables and deadlines. Identify and define opportunities for improvement, measurements for those improvements and the implementation to ensure that overall quality standards and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
What You’ll Do:
Complete administrative and lead activities to support management such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports, resource planning, preparing documentation and developing processes. Manage projects to ensure the coordination, documentation, reporting and customer communication requirements are being supported. Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff. Perform quality checks across various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are being followed. Define and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve operational workflows.

This Position, You’ll Need:
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a job-related field
Degree Equivalency:
Associate’s degree plus an extra 2 years job related work experience for a total of 11 years of required work experience (see “required work experience”) OR 13 total years required work experience.
Required Experience:
9 years of IT experience. Seven years of which includes experience developing test plans and/or test matrices.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent analytical skills including ability to analyze, document and submit defects. Excellent negotiation skills to be able to influence business or technical partners. Knowledge of EDP systems and procedures, and their integration with the users. Thorough understanding of data processing terminology and operations. Ability to create complex test cases to reflect required business requirements. Through knowledge of structured test methods and processing. Detailed knowledge of both manual and automated testing. SDLC knowledge. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work on large scale projects in a matrixed organization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced complex and dynamic environment. Strong leadership skills.
Required Software and Other Tools:
Mainframe/enterprise service experience. Web or desktop testing experience DB2/SQL experience HP Quality Center Word processing, database and spreadsheet application experience. We Prefer that
You Have:
Proficiency in PFAB billing Knowledge of CMS testing guidelines Familiar with SC Enhanced Direct Enrollment Website Proficient in accessing and querying data loaded to AWS cloud platform ORACLE database certifications to query DB2 tables Thorough knowledge of JAVA, Websphere, Windows, and other middleware platforms. Knowledge of DB2, Oracle, IMS, and VSAM. Strong analysis skills. Skill in whitebox testing, integration testing, static testing, and 508 compliance testing utilizing JAWS software. What We Can Do for
