Bachelor or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree Highly Desired 5 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or matrices Must have WEB portals testing, Mobile app & site testing, test planning and defect management experience Project life cycle / SDLC Agile methodology experience is a plus Tools supporting both Agile & Waterfall (Azure, QC etc.) are a plus Test Automation tools like Selenium, Mobile app testing tools are a plus Responsibilities of the

System Testing Analyst:

Provide service for multiple clients. Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities Write test plans, develop test matrices, perform defects management / reporting Provide customer testing coordination, testing status and progress updates Participate in the design phase of projects to ensure that new or modified functions are developed using correct testing methodology Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes

Work Location:
