Job Title:
Hybrid Systems Programmer/Analyst –
Part Remote Location:
Columbia, SC (2 days on-site weekly, including Tuesdays)
Work Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime/weekends)
Contract Type:
Contract-to-Hire (3-6 months)
Pay Rate:
$75/hr (Negotiable)
Summary:

Responsibilities:
Maintain system infrastructure integrity.
Develop and debug system software.
Provide technical and disaster recovery support.
Analyze user workflows for optimization.
Conduct workshops and interviews to gather system insights.
Collaborate with teams to understand customer needs.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR
4 years of relevant work experience OR
2 years of relevant work experience with an Associate’s degree.
Required Work Experience:
8+ years of IT experience, including systems programming.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with Microsoft products and Azure.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Understanding of operating systems and architecture.
Knowledge of systems programming, GUIs, control languages, and integration.
Skills in documentation, requirements gathering, and process flow creation.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Excellent communication skills.
Background in UX analysis and process optimization.
Experience in technical documentation and process flow creation.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, multi-platform environment.
May require after-hours or weekend support.
