Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical information.
Utilize JIRA, ServiceNow and other tools to manage and track project progress effectively.
Work in an agile environment.
Leverage your financial services experience to provide valuable insights into industry-specific needs and challenges.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business processes, and systems.
Create and update comprehensive documentation.
Gather Requirements:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
Write User Stories:
Break down business requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and have well-defined acceptance criteria.
Facilitate Communication:
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that all parties have a clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and priorities.
Prioritize Backlog:
Help the Product Owner maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring that high-value features are delivered first.
Participate in
Agile Ceremonies:
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives to ensure the team is on track and project goals are met.
Document Processes:
Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, business process models, use cases, and any other relevant materials to facilitate project delivery.
Analyze Data:
Gather and analyze data to identify business problems or opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive improvements and ensure business goals are met.

Required Skills
Proven experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in financial services.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables, with intermediate Power Query skills.
Ability to research and implement advanced Excel functions and formulas.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation across multiple sources.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
Preferred Skills
Excellent understanding of system integration.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with basic project management skills.
Experience working with project plans, deadlines, and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in business documentation, including project documentation maintenance.
Additional Note
Candidate must have recent experiences with Banking or Finance or Insurance domains.
Must know about finance subject areas and Capital Markets
Must have knowledge or experience in Cloud Snowflake.
Experience in wealth management and equities
Must have previous experience as technical business analyst with knowledge on Snowflake, AWS, DBT, Fivetran, etc
Should be hands-on for AWS Services like Glue, S3, SNS Notifications
Hands-on with Snowflake query optimization techniques
Able to identify data anomaly and fix data issues for complex sql
Must know Regulatory compliance and data privacy practices
