Job Description The IT Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support within a large-scale manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include managing a ticket queue, supporting end-user devices (PCs, printers, tablets, scanners), performing hardware/software troubleshooting, and coordinating with central IT to restore critical services. The role requires monitoring plant-floor technology to prevent production downtime and includes networking support (especially Cisco-based systems). After training on 1st shift, the role transitions to independent 2nd shift support.
