This role is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems. This role focuses on gathering requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements, supporting system implementations, and ensuring business systems operate efficiently. The Business System Analyst collaborates closely with stakeholders across departments to enhance operations, drive innovation, and deliver high-quality technical solutions aligned with business objectives. What you’ll be doing: Drive improvements in Aftermarket processes and systems through research, analysis, solution development, and implementation. Lead initiatives that streamline processes, increase productivity, and optimize system usage across the organization. Support Aftermarket business operations by analyzing existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to design, configure, test, and implement new business systems and applications. Ensure all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs. Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications. Facilitate user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of systems and processes. Assist in project planning, timeline development, milestone tracking, and status reporting. Support cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and third-party vendors. Facilitate effective communication to ensure a clear understanding of project goals, system functionality, and business expectations. Stay current with emerging technologies, system upgrades, and best practices. Recommend and lead initiatives for continuous system and process improvement. Perform other duties as assigned, What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field strongly preferred. 3+ years of business analysis, system administration or related experience required Strong ability to lead, persuade, motivate, and influence others. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite of programs.
