Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Analyst with a focus on the Coupa platform to join our Procurement team. The Coupa Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) system. The ideal candidate will work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to optimize the Coupa system, ensuring it meets business requirements and operates efficiently. The role requires a strong understanding of P2P processes, system integration, and troubleshooting technical issues within the Coupa platform.
Responsibilities

Coupa System Administration:

Administer and manage the Coupa platform, including system configurations, user access management, and role-based permissions.
Perform system updates, including patching, new module implementations, and configuration changes, to ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with Coupa support and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Support flat file and

approaches as necessary.

System Analysis & Process Optimization:

Analyze current P2P processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Coupa platform.
Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
Evaluate new Coupa features and functionality, assess their potential benefits, and assist in implementing improvements or updates.
Support Procurement’s process and capability development including catalogs, inventory, cXML, CSP, and APIs

Data Integration & Reporting:

Support integrations between Coupa and other business systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Coupa and external systems for vendor information, purchase orders, and invoicing.
Design, generate, and maintain reports and dashboards in Coupa to support business decisions and monitor system performance.

User Support & Training:

Provide ongoing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting system issues, answering questions, and guiding users through system functionality.
Develop and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Lead user training sessions to ensure proper adoption of new features and processes within Coupa.

System Governance & Compliance:

Ensure system compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage system audits and maintain an audit trail for changes made within the Coupa platform.
Work with procurement and finance teams to ensure that the system supports compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and tax requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Act as a liaison between the IT, procurement, and finance teams to ensure that Coupa aligns with business goals and operational needs.
Collaborate with project management teams to deliver system enhancements or Coupa-related projects on time and within budget.
Work with external vendors and consultants as needed to optimize system performance and manage system integrations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience working with Coupa or other P2P platforms in an IT systems analyst or related role.
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and best practices.
Experience with system integrations, especially with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coupa certification or Coupa-specific platform training.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and experience managing system upgrades or implementations.
Experience with API integrations and automation within the Coupa platform.
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
