Job Description A large fiber-based renewable products company in Memphis, TN is looking for a remote ServiceNow ITAM Analyst/Consultant. This resource will be responsible for providing guidance and design input for an ITAM project- specifically related to ServiceNow modules (Hardware Asset Management Pro, Software Asset Management Pro), and with ServiceNow Catalog design, ITAM lifecycle workflows, and CMDB alignment. This resource will be implementing these modules into the environment. Daily responsibilities will include supporting the hardware/software procurement process mapping, helping with data model adjustments, normalization, and transformation planning from this company’s legacy MicroFocus platform. As the project progresses there will be a need for supporting functional and UAT testing in agile framework and working with internal project teams. The project is expected to Go – Live around June. Post Go-Live, this consultant will support sustain (includes assisting with tickets), continuous improvement, and other ITAM activities as needed.
