Expertise in integration points with SAP MM, PP/QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
Job Description
Develop and implement SAP SD solutions that align with business needs, conduct gap analysis, and map new business processes. Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules, ensuring integration with other systems and managing project timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize manufacturing schedules and quality assurance processes, provide user training and support, and lead a team of specialists while maintaining technical expertise in SAP functionalities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module, including configuration and support.
Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations and system upgrades.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and maintenance strategies in various industries (e.g., automotive, EV, FMCG, etc.)
Key Responsibilities

Solution Design and Implementation:

Analyze business processes in SD, to identify improvement opportunities and propose SAP-based solutions.
Design and Develop EDI with Supplier.
Ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, QM, FI/CO) and third-party systems like MES.
Lead SAP-related projects, including system upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements for SD modules.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare and deliver project status updates to senior leadership.

Business Process Optimization:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand production planning, quality management, and plant maintenance requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing schedules, quality assurance processes, and asset management workflows.
Design end-to-end processes for production orders, preventive maintenance, and quality inspections.

User Training and Support:

Provide expertise and training to end-users and key stakeholders on SAP functionalities.
Offer Level 2 and 3 support for incident management, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and custom developments.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on the latest SAP functionalities, industry trends, and best practices in production, quality, and maintenance.
Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, ML) to enhance SAP capabilities.
Conduct root cause analyses to address recurring system or process challenges.
