knowledge in RAN Optimization for 5G, 4G, Volte, VoNR knowledge of

LTE, 5G SA, 5G NSA, SA

Slicing VoNR and WiFi Experience defining methodology and setting up details for needed tests scenarios to accomplish the testing targets. Experience optimizing and parameter tuning of 5G, VoNR, Volte, 4G at indepth level for both prelaunch and post launch optimization. experience analyzing drive / walk / benchmarking data including

L3/ PCAP

analysis from the drive testing logs and device logs Experience managing drive test / benchmarking contracting companies Experience with XCAL, XCAP, QXDM, Wireshark and QCAT Understanding of functioning of WiFi Connection Managers on UE’s Understanding MOS and VMOS scores and how they are calculated Understanding of QoS and QoE RAN optimization experience DSDS knowledge is a plus Employees at all levels are expected to: Manage the needed testing conducted by third party company Conduct small-scale walk and drive tests when needed Perform detailed analysis of collected log file data as needed, taking detailed 4G / 5G / VoNR WiFi call and data flows into account Create presentations for targeted audiences, technical and executive
