Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems and technology solutions that align with our business objectives. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting issues, improving system performance, and supporting end-users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide technical support and training to users regarding hardware, software, and systems. Maintain and improve IT systems and infrastructure to ensure reliability and security. Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and improve processes. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement patches and updates. Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and integrations. Prepare documentation for system configurations, procedures, and support. Conduct data analysis and generate reports as needed. Support the implementation of cybersecurity protocols and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in a similar IT or systems analyst role. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, databases, and software systems. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and user support. Experience with system analysis and project implementation. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies, or project management tools is a plus. Certifications like CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a bonus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data analytics tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
