EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Support and continuous development of the global HR system Workday as a Global Key User Close collaboration with internal IT, particularly regarding interfaces and integrations Advising HR and business units on HR processes, system functionalities, and best practices in Workday Coordination and implementation of change requests as well as configuration of existing and new functionalities Execution of system tests, error analyses, and quality assurance measures Design, creation, and maintenance of reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Analysis of HR key figures (KPIs) to identify trends and optimization potential Responsibility for headcount and budget planning in collaboration with HR and Controlling Support for HR colleagues worldwide in system usage, data maintenance, and correct process application Creation of documentation and training materials for end users and key users

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Business Informatics, HR, IT, or a comparable qualification Relevant experience working with HR IT systems, ideally with a focus on Workday In-depth knowledge of HR processes and their implementation in modern cloud systems Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation Fluent in English, both written and spoken (business level)
