The Role:

• Individual Contributor External Facing Role

• Role and Responsibilities:

• + Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements. Understand both Technical and business requirements. + Defining the vision for the team’s product and maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process in Jira.
• Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering, which involves a review of existing systems configurations and operating methods as well as understanding evolving business needs.
• Implement the solution by developing code based on functional design defined during Design phase.
• Develop oracle PL SQL database objects such as packages, triggers, procedure, functions, collections, materialized views for data extraction and load process to ensure that data is properly loaded and extracted in and out of Facets systems.
• Create test artifacts, testing of Facets application including extensions, procedures, and interfaces.
• Conduct quality review of process for data loaded onto Facets.
• Provide support for business and functional acceptance testing which involves ensuring technical specifications to meet business requirements. + Ability to evaluate RCA of issues, drive to resolution and deliver.
• Required Experience
• : + Have Excellent communications + Healthcare Domain experience needed. + Facets Product hands on experience required in Membership, Claims and Billing. + Have Technical knowledge/experience in Oracle PLSQL, MSSQL and Azure

• Salary and Other Compensation:

• Applicants will be accepted till 4/28/2025 The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $99K-$130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
