Job Description

Overview The IT Systems Coordinator (SA) wi l l support and optimize key Property Management Systems (PMS), focusing on p l a tforms like Orac l e Opera C l oud and Agi l ysys L MS . This ro l e is critica l in ensuring system re l ia bi l ity, coordinating sma l l projects, and assisting the IT hospita l ity team with day-to-day operations and p l a nning. Responsibilities Key Responsibi l ities inc l ude, but are not l imited to: Provide advanced support for PMS applications, focusing on issue resolution, performance optimization, and system availability. Monitor, analyze, and review application and system logs to proactively identify issues or areas for improvement. Assist with the coordination and delivery of small to mid-size hospitality IT projects, including timelines, testing, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with business users and vendors to gather technical requirements and ensure proper system configuration and integration. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, change records, and standard operating procedures related to PMS environments. Support the IT team in maintaining project tracking systems and ensuring key milestones are documented and met. Act as a liaison between IT and hotel operations teams to facilitate clear communication and ensure system alignment with operational needs. Assist with quality assurance efforts during application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes. Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when necessary. Qualifications A university degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is required; OR, an equiva l ent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfu l l y perform the job’s essential duties .

Proficiency in the following tools:

Jira, Asana, ServiceNow, and SharePoint Basic understanding of IT administration and project management principles On-call rotation requiring a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Wi l l ingness to carry the company phone for on-call rotation schedu l e to support end users. Wi l l ingness to trave l as deemed necessary by IT Management (nationa l & internationa l ). 3-4 years P MS (Opera C l oud and/or Agi l ysys L MS) app l ication and hardware experience, Micros preferred 3-4 years of experience in Hospita l ity app l ications preferred Ability to travel up to 30% both domestically and internationally #LI-Onsite #zipcorporate
