Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in program management, operations, consulting, or product-adjacent roles within a tech-forward organization Proven experience working with cross-functional technology teams, including engineering, product management, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies Strategic and operational thinker with a bias for action and outcomes Strong communicator and influencer who can build alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple workstreams and priorities Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with evolving goals and timelines Executive presence, emotional intelligence, and a passion for enabling teams to deliver measurable results
