Sr. Technical Analyst – Field Services Position Available In Collier, Florida

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Technical Analyst (IT Field Services) to join the team of one of our large hospitality clients. This role will be Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and the candidate will be supporting 3 different resorts, with most of their time in Marco Island and some travel to Bonita Springs. The candidate will provide troubleshooting software and hardware support. Day-to-day they will help with device setups, work on imaging, and handle network and connectivity issues. They will also conduct some device refreshes and provide IT support for the point-of-sale (POS) equipment as needed. The hourly rate for this candidate will range from $25-28/hr depending on experience and background. • At least 5 years of experience with hands-on desktop support and network connectivity issues
• Background in Windows 10 and 11 and strong experience setting up devices, imaging computers, and conducting refreshes
• Experienced with troubleshooting PCs, network and printer issues, and POS equipment
• Great personality, self-motivated individual with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hospitality/Resorts experience
