HRIS Lead Leeds Professional Resources Doral, FL 33126 Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Lead with expertise in Workday to join our Human Resources team. This technical role focuses on configuring and optimizing Workday’s Time & Attendance and Compensation modules to meet the organization’s needs. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with managers to interpret their requirements, translate them into effective Workday solutions, and leverage data and analytics to drive process improvements. Duties Partner with managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations for the Time & Attendance and Compensation modules. Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday system settings to ensure functionality aligns with organizational goals. Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting. Lead the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and updates within Workday. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday functionality, ensuring seamless user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other HR and business systems. Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Workday processes. Stay current on Workday updates and best practices to recommend innovative solutions. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 3 years focused on Workday configuration. Proven expertise in configuring Workday Time & Attendance and Compensation modules. Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data management and analytics. Ability to engage with managers to interpret and implement complex business requirements in Workday. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Workday certification in Time & Attendance or Compensation is highly preferred.
