Our client is currently seeking a Software Application Developer/Analyst – III We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining core ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, integrate with external systems, and ensure the platform’s performance and reliability. This job will have the following responsibilities: Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications and modules to fit the specific needs of the business, including ITSM, CMDB, SPM, etc. Support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems or platforms using web services, APIs, or other integration tools. Identify and resolve issues with the ServiceNow platform, including debugging and troubleshooting problems with scripts, workflows, or integrations. Develop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into workflow solutions. Confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers and others to design system and to obtain information on project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces. Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
(Most Important): Demonstrated experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML, and CSS. Other programming languages and frameworks such as React, Python, and SQL is a plus. Experience configuring and customizing core ServiceNow modules (such as
ITSM, CMDB, SPM
) in an enterprise environment including workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and ACLs. Experience configuring and customizing in ServiceNow tools such as Flow Designer, integration Hub, UI Builder, Playbook, and Configurable Workspace. Knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Applications Development, ServiceNow Scripting, and implementing ServiceNow Architecture. Experience in using ServiceNow APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and
JSON. DESIRED SKILLS
Other programming languages and frameworks such as React, Python, and SQL is a plus. Knowledge of ServiceNow Scoped Applications Development, ServiceNow Scripting, and implementing ServiceNow Architecture. Experience with SNOW Automated Test Framework.
