Job Description
•On Site in Miami, Florida•
Required Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Internal Team to execute and refine the project plan, ensuring the completion of all Workday implementation phases in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare supporting materials for regular project meetings, contributing to project status updates, risk assessments, and problem resolution. Organize cross-functional meetings to monitor the execution of project tasks and track progress against set milestones and deliverables with IT & HR. Maintain detailed documentation of all project activities, including project schedules, status updates, and assigned tasks. Support the assessment of impacts, understanding department readiness, and designing tailored solutions to address resistance or challenges to change. Assist in the creation and delivery of training programs, including work instructions (SOPs), to ensure users are equipped to efficiently use Workday post-implementation. Coordinate feedback sessions and collect input from users to ensure the system meets business needs and address concerns promptly. Provide support for Workday Releases. Assist with communications to educate users on the advantages of Workday, addressing concerns and promoting support for change. Understand client business requirements, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution and integrations.
Education and Experience:
Functional experience – HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent & Performance. Experience deploying multiple HCM implementations – Workday HCM preferred. Experience configuring the Workday application or similar configuration. Current or previous Workday HCM certification including Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management required.
