Are you ready to revolutionize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems? At Mount Sinai Medical Center, we are going to leverage cutting-edge Workday technology to streamline and automate our processes across finance, HR, manufacturing, supply chain, services, procurement, and more. We’re seeking a Techno-Functional IT Workday Analyst with a specialty in Supply Chain Management (SCM) individual to join our IT department and help us lead this transformation! This role involves both technical and functional responsibilities, including system configuration, business process optimization, and end-user support.

Position Responsibilities Optimize IT Operational Systems:

Support and enhance IT operational systems, service management tools, and contract management systems.

Design and support efficient workflows for our Service Desk and internal operations. Cultivate a
