Full Job Description Overview:

Property Insight is looking for a Technician on our imaging team to support the daily collection, processing and analysis of our imaging and data assets.

Duties:

Manage, analyze and make recommendations to convert various external image sources for ingestion into a standardized repository and format. Act as a technical liaison between the internal groups at Property Insight as well as our external partners and customers. Analyzes problems, determines root causes, and communicates them. Ability to navigate competing priorities ensuring all deadlines are met. Understanding workflows from start to finish for image ingestion to make recommendations for technology and process improvements. Fully takes ownership of process and acts as an SME (subject matter expert).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, computer science, management information systems or related field or equivalent related experience.

Experience:

Minium of 2 years technical experience or similar role that utilizes a similar skillset. Level 1 IT/network troubleshooting of workstations and FTP connectivity. Strong attention to detail. Desire to learn and drive efficiencies in existing processes. Thrives in a team environment. Problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities with complex datasets. Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Strong Excel skills. Experience with other MS Office products. Strong organizational skills. Strong time management skills. Basic SQL skills. Ability to be agile and shift priorities.

Additional Information:

Title Plant and title industry knowledge. Coursework or light experience with project management.
