Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Field Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support across various locations in the Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Perform system upgrades, imaging, and software installations
Support end-users in person, via phone, or remote tools
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities
Travel between client sites as needed (within Orlando area)
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT support or field service roles
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
Experience with hardware setups, imaging, and deployments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
