Job Description
A professional services organization is seeking a full-time IT Support Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support with a high standard of customer service. This role is based onsite in West Palm Beach and supports internal users across multiple departments, including senior-level staff and executives. The position requires a polished, proactive approach to solving IT issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, phones, mobile devices, network printers, and various business software Respond to user requests via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely resolution or proper escalation Accurately document, track, and manage support tickets within a helpdesk platform Receive and process incoming IT equipment, including tagging and maintaining inventory records Provide setup and technical assistance for meetings involving audio/visual equipment and conferencing tools Prepare and deploy new hardware, install software, and configure user profiles and accounts Support after-hours or weekend IT initiatives and special projects as needed Understand basic networking concepts as they relate to user connectivity and troubleshooting Collaborate effectively with team members while also managing individual tasks with minimal supervision Maintain a calm, customer-focused demeanor when handling technical issues
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 applications Comfortable learning and supporting new software platforms as needed Commitment to delivering high-level internal customer service
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience At least one year of IT support experience preferred Prior experience in a professional or corporate office environment is a plus Must be able to travel locally for on-site support when required Occasional evening or weekend hours may be necessary for system rollouts or maintenance
