Taft is seeking an IT Service Analyst to join our team in ourWest Palm Beach office. We are seeking an IT Service Analyst forour West Palm Beach office. This role provides Level 1 “WhiteGlove” I.T. support for all attorneys and employees in the Taftorganization. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First”philosophy-in all things, we seek to provide exceptional servicesto our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Use technicalexperience and understanding to evaluate, resolve or escalate ITservice tickets for end user computer hardware, software,telephone, mobile devices and networked printers. Use technicalexperience and understanding to assist users over the telephone orvia e-mail. Keep IT service tickets within Service Desk Plus up todate, escalating and closing when appropriate. Receive, inventoryand asset tag IT equipment. Maintain accurate inventory recordswithin Service Desk Plus. Assist in setup and managing video andaudio conference meetings. Setup and test new equipment and useraccounts. Be available as a resource for IT projects that requireweek nights and weekends. Performs other duties as assigned. Workindependently with minimal supervision. Must understand how acomputer network functions in relation to the end user hardware andsoftware. Collaborate as part of a team. Respond in a calm andhelpful manner during stressful situations.

Knowledge, Abilities,Skills, Interpersonal and Other Requirements:

Detail oriented andstrong organizational skills. Good oral and written communicationskills. Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Intermediate MSOffice 365 knowledge Ability to learn and troubleshoot new softwareExcellent client service skills

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education andexperience required. Minimum of one year of information technologysupport experience preferred. Previous customer service experience,preferably in a professional office setting. The ability to travelto nearby offices is required. Occasional overtime and/or weekendproject required.
