Position Specific Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maximo Principal Technical Consultant to join our team. This role combines technical expertise with functional consulting to deliver comprehensive Maximo solutions to PGD. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Maximo, strong technical skills, and the ability to understand and meet complex functional requirements. Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions. Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and develop functional requirements. Provide expert advice on Maximo best practices and customization to meet specific client needs. Conduct system analysis, design, testing, and deployment of Maximo applications. Integrate Maximo with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo installations and configurations. Develop and deliver training programs for users and administrators of Maximo systems. Maintain documentation of Maximo implementations, configurations, and processes. Stay updated with the latest Maximo features, updates, and industry trends. Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and integration. Strong understanding of Maximo functionalities and best practices. Proven experience in technical consulting, including system analysis and design. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages. Experience with WebSphere, WebLogic, or other application servers. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certification in Maximo or related technologies is a plus.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Maximo technical consulting, with significant experience at an Senior level

Technical Proficiency:

Advanced technical proficiency in Maximo architecture, system integration, data migration, and performance optimization.

Industry Expertise:

Broad experience with utility industry, with a deep understanding of sector-specific EAM challenges and solutions.

Innovation and Strategy:

Strong strategic thinking and innovation skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Consulting and Advisory:
