Job Responsibilities Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365, and CRM software, including implementation, installation, and upgrades. Deliver remote and on-site support, manage client installations, service packs, and monthly maintenance schedules. Offer end-user training, documentation, and after-hours support when required. Administer and troubleshoot network and system infrastructure, including MS SQL Server and SharePoint Services. Execute data backup and restoration procedures, manage special projects, and provide in-house computer support. Maintain documentation and deliver outstanding customer service while staying proactive with new technologies. Requirements Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP / Dynamics 365 / CRM or equivalent work experience Experience with SQL database systems and software implementation Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or Finance, or equivalent work experience Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCP, MCSA, MCDBA) completed or in progress Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future This is a 100% in-office position Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint Services and SSRS report writing Business and accounting background Network administration experience Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Final graduation date between June 2024 and June 2025 strongly preferred “Armanino” is the brand name under which Armanino LLP, Armanino CPA LLP, and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards.
