Responsibilities:

Provide top-shelf remote and/or in-person IT customer service to all customers Communicating with customers to help understand and resolve their IT requests and IT problems Promptly respond to customer requests with a sense of urgency Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner Set up new technology for customers to ensure that all equipment is working, and all software is loaded. Escalate issues to the next tier with next level of difficulty Coordinate work activities with management Provide daily and weekly status updates as required Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School diploma required College degree preferred Valid Driver License and reliable vehicle Must pass background check Must be able to lift 25 pounds Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues Proficiency with software, electronics, and common business applications (Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Apple and Windows experience preferred Helpdesk or Call Center experience preferred Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail oriented and well organized Proficient at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Positive team player who works well with others Takes a proactive/self-managing approach Is able and willing to educate others and help elevate the team Training will be provided after initial intro period
