Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Workday Analyst with a strong background in HR and post-implementation system support. This role will be responsible for leading ongoing enhancements and updates to Workday, collaborating closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between HR and IT for Workday enhancements and process changes. Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of system updates and enhancements. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions. Manage and support Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Cloud Connect). Oversee testing and end user acceptance, ensuring smooth adoption of changes. Provide ongoing support and system maintenance post-implementation.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on Workday. Strong background in HR, with experience in HR operations or business process support. Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll and Benefits. Proven experience in system configuration, implementation, and integration. Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Certified (additional compensation for certified candidates). Experience with Workday Web Services and Data Modeling.
