Job Description:
We’re seeking a Workday Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and optimize reports within the Workday ecosystem. This role requires expertise in advanced Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data visualization to support business decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Analyze reporting needs and design effective Workday reports and dashboards. Build Advanced, Matrix, and Custom Reports using complex Calculated Fields . Configure Prism Tables for enhanced reporting capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Talent, and related functions. Leverage Excel , SQL , and visualization tools like Power BI to validate and present data.
Required Skills:
3+ years of Workday Report Writing experience. Expertise in Advanced , Matrix Reports , and Calculated Fields . Experience with Prism Tables , Dashboards, and Worksheets. Proficiency with Excel , SQL , and Power BI (or similar tools). Nice to
Have:
Experience with
EIB , BIRT
