About This Role:
At Cognira, we’re expanding our consulting team and hiring for multiple early-career roles in business, technical, data science, and project management consulting. As a Consultant, you’ll support the implementation of our AI-driven promotion management solutions for leading retailers, working across the full project lifecycle to help customers realize measurable value. This role is well-suited for individuals with strong analytical foundations and an interest in solving complex business problems through the application of technology and data. Our consultants work across disciplines, applying their expertise in one or more of these domains to deliver impactful solutions.

Support training, rollout, and adoption Contribute to solution delivery through business, technical, data science, or project management consulting, depending on your skill set and interests Collaborate with Cognira’s Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions Analyze promotional performance and support client decision-making through data-driven insights Assist with documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications Contribute to continuous improvement across projects and solution delivery
Role Pathways Include:
Project Management Consulting:
Oversee overall project timeline and delivery; manage cross-functional coordination; serve as primary point of contact for implementation status and risks
Business Consulting:
Represent the business; define goals and success criteria; guide prioritization of enhancements and ensure alignment with business processes
Technical Consulting:
Participate in application configuration, data pipelines, system integration, and analytics workstreams; support technical delivery and serve as a customer-facing technical resource
Data Science Consulting:
Tune the forecast engine; perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) on forecast-related datasets; support analytical validation and model refinement Required skills: Master’s degree in business analytics, operations research, engineering, computer science, or a related field Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills Familiarity with data tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R) a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Interest in retail, SaaS, or enterprise software implementation What we offer: (US) In addition to joining us on our journey to build state-of-the-art, AI-enabled software, you’ll also get a ton of perks!
