YourOpportunityWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented SeniorTechnology Support Consultant to join our dynamic and growingPrograms and Construction Management (PMCM) team. The idealcandidate will be working closely with Controls Specialists andControls Managers to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasetsby developing dashboards and reports to help inform businessdecisions. In this role, you will also work closely with ControlsLeadership to develop and implement standards for technology usagewithin the group and linking component subsystems to work togetheras a coherent unit for program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze large datasets to derive actionableinsights. Use statistical methods to interpret data and generate usefulbusiness reports. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation andcleaning processes. Collaborate with the Controls team and other teams to resolvedata-related issues. Develop and maintain comprehensive and visually appealingreports and dashboards. Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholderseffectively. Design, implement, and integrate technology solutions. Mentor and develop junior staff on the development ofreports. Assist with business process development regarding datagathering and analysis.

QualificationsYour Capabilities andCredentials Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages(e.g., SQL, Python, R). Ability to work with large complex data models. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI). Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written/verbal communication and collaborationabilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-qualitywork. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multi-task, manage time, organize, and setpriorities and make timely decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with large public sector programs in water ortransportation. Prior work in project controls. Experience with API calls and management (e.g., REST). Experience with Middleware tools (e.g., Boomi, PowerAutomate). Previous leadership and management of teams.

Education andExperience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science,Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering). Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role. Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science,Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration) ispreferred.
