Conversion Analyst

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for analyzing and converting customer, account, and financial data from 2nd or 3rd party data stores to the Client. You will work closely with internal teams and client personnel to gather needed artifacts and analyze source data. The team is comprised of project managers, data analysts, and conversion programmers who perform the initial review of a converting client’s data files. This team writes the conversion programs and processes and assist with the testing/loading processes. You will have a unique opportunity to use both technical and analytical skills, gain knowledge of the clients application and products, and to use the soft skills required to work effectively with clients.
Additionally, you will:
Works with clients to understand their current product set in addition to their current processing environment and configure products and institution options to meet their needs.
Test converted data and work with the end user on the verification and acceptance of the data.
Have the opportunity to work with partners to understand their implementations and gain a breadth of knowledge in cloud-based SaaS implementations and technologies.
Provide quality software, build knowledge of the clients Core, and its integrations.
Required Qualifications:
Familiarity of Core Banking processes and software
RESTful services, SQL, Swagger, Json data interchange
Strong technical analysis, design, and development skills
Must be willing to work under deadlines and be detail oriented
Ability to multitask and change direction in ever changing environment
Knowledge of data mapping
Experience Required:
3+ years of hands-on financial industry experience in software application development for Information Technology, loan servicing, deposit operations, card processing, interface development, and/or CRM systems is strongly desired
2+ years of software conversion experience
2+ years of Financial/Banking Industry experience
Experience analyzing and interpreting data, as well as discussing business and technical topics
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks to completion with minimal supervision and under strict deadline
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
