Your Impact:
As a Solutions Consultant with deep financial services expertise, you’ll play a strategic role in guiding institutions through the adoption of AI-driven solutions that tackle regulatory, operational, and analytical challenges. Working closely with Account Executives, Services teams, and Strategic Partners, you’ll lead high-impact client engagements that align AI capabilities with complex business objectives. Drawing on your background in banking, capital markets, insurance, or fintech, you’ll assess client needs in key areas such as risk modeling, fraud detection, customer intelligence, compliance, and portfolio optimization. You’ll translate these needs into actionable AI architectures, build compelling business cases that quantify ROI, and help shape go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales leadership. This role is ideal for professionals who operate at the intersection of finance, emerging technology, and business transformation and are passionate about helping clients unlock real value through practical AI adoption.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
Partner with OpenText sales account executives to develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer objectives in the Financial Services/Insurance industries.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, guiding them through OpenText’s solutions and capabilities.
Able to identify customer business drivers (C-level initiatives) and relate them to OpenText Content Cloud and Artificial Intelligence solutions. Interact with Sales, Global Services, and Partners to create and finalize Solution offerings and initial Project delivery plans.

Respond to and manage the RFP and RFI process. Build and deliver proof of concepts. Assist Account Executives in relationship management, and technical sales information/tools development.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
5+ years of experience on projects with a background in business/technical analytics.
Knowledge in content management/workflow, AI, machine learning, or data analytics solutions, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud environments.
Able to interact comfortably with technical resources and respond confidently to technical questions.
Past experience of more than 3 years within Financial Service industry
Strong presence, business acumen, and excellent presentation skills are essential, along with strong written communication skills at the executive level.
Solution selling and value-based selling approach.
Technical skills to configure and customize solution demonstrations.
Ability to learn, understand, and communicate complex technical concepts and develop skills to create compelling solutions that demonstrate business value.
General Guidewire knowledge is a plus. This job is expected to pay a minimum of $150,100 USD per annum and bonus in addition to a comprehensive and competitive group benefit and healthcare plan.
