In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software applications while analyzing business requirements and providing technical solutions.
Analyze user requirements and develop software applications to meet business needsDesign, code, test, and debug complex software programsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issuesPerform system analysis and recommend improvements to existing applicationsDevelop and maintain database structures and queriesCreate and maintain technical documentation for all projectsParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standardsImplement and maintain version control systems for all software projectsProvide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applicationsStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management, departments, and users to identify requirements and specificationsGatheri business requirements/analysis to create new software programs and systemsProduce code based on requirementsTest and deploy programs and applicationsTroubleshoot, debugg, maintain, and improve existing softwareCompile and assess user feedback to improve software performanceDevelop technical documentation to guide future software development projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience may be substituted for education. Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on development in web and mobile applicationsProficiency in coding languages including Microsoft/.NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++,Excellent knowledge of the software development life cycle; Full-Stack developerStrong problem-solving and communications skillsKnowledge of Object-Relational Mapping frameworksExperience with stored proceduresExperience with Agile and Scrum development methodologiesProficient in SQL, able to write complex SQL to create reports and analyticsAbility to learn quickly and work independently or as part of a teamAdditional Information

The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $110,000 – $140,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
