Position Overview:

The Market Center Tech Trainer is a high-energy, tech-savvy consultant responsible for empowering agents to grow their real estate business through strategic technology training and 1:1 consulting. This role plays a vital part in driving adoption of KW Command, MyKW, KW App, and other proprietary platforms, ensuring agents are confident and equipped to operate at a high level. Key Responsibilities:

Agent Consulting & Outreach Proactively reach out to agents to offer individualized business consultations focused on leveraging KW technology tools. Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with agents to support their growth and productivity. Identify agents who are underutilizing tools and create action plans to support their adoption and performance. Training & Implementation Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, office workshops, and small-group breakouts on KW platforms including Command, MyKW, KW Connect, SmartPlans, and branded apps. Create easy-to-follow training materials and resources tailored to agent experience levels (new, seasoned, mega). Stay current on platform updates and rollouts, proactively updating agents on new features. Support & Troubleshooting Serve as the go-to tech support contact for agents with Command, DocuSign, and other Keller Williams systems. Assist agents with tech setup, account creation, integrations, and troubleshooting. Collaboration & Communication Partner with leadership and compliance to ensure agents have systems in place that meet Market Center and legal standards. Communicate upcoming trainings, tech tips, and success stories via email, social media, and internal platforms. Track training attendance, agent adoption progress, and platform engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

Bilingual, preferred Patient with agents & task oriented Strong knowledge of Keller Williams technology platforms or ability to quickly master them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident presenting to groups or 1:1. Comfortable making proactive calls, checking in on agents, and building consultative relationships. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple trainings and consultations simultaneously. Patient, energetic, and solution-oriented.

Bonus Skills:

Experience as a licensed real estate agent (active or inactive) Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, or real estate lead generation tools Background in education, tech onboarding, or customer success Why Join Us?
