Minimum 6-8 years of Workday consulting experience, with a focus on Core HCM, Talent, and Compensation modules.
Proven experience in configuring and deploying Workday HCM systems

Expertise in Workday Compensation and Talent Management modules.
Experience with Workday Absence module is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Relevant Workday certifications are highly desirable.
