The Senior Analyst, HR Technology will play a critical role in optimizing our HR systems, specifically focusing on Workday implementation, configuration, support, report writing, and dashboard building. This role requires a consultative approach to display insights through the Workday platform, lead projects and configurations (i.e., HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Help, Benefits, Absence, Payroll and Time Tracking), handle advanced troubleshooting and integrations, and train junior staff and HR team members on effective Workday usage. This individual collaborates closely with HR Technology leadership, the People & Culture team, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance our HR technology capabilities, streamline processes, surface actionable insights from HR data, and drive efficiency across the organization. The Senior Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s Workday applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide advanced support in Workday for process analysis, design, and problem-solving in a complex, multi-system environment with a focus on end-to-end solutions.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with internal systems and external vendors.
Manage and configure multiple modules of the Workday application (i.e., HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Benefits, Help, Absence, Payroll and Time Tracking) to support multi-functional stakeholder requirements.
Partner with key stakeholders to evaluate, streamline, and automate processes through Workday functionality. Work with cross-functional teams to create requirements documents for system changes, understanding impacts and providing solutions.
Lead the process of evaluating, prioritizing, and organizing potential updates from Workday’s semi-annual release cycle.
Utilize Workday’s comprehensive reporting suite, including Report Writer, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Worksheets, to generate data visualizations, reports, and insights that inform business strategies. Implement advanced analytics techniques within Workday to assess workforce trends, performance metrics, and other critical KPIs.
Design and implement data models, system processes & workflows, and reporting frameworks. Utilize proficiency with BIRT to create custom form layouts as needed.
Uphold integrity of Workday through continuous examination of processes and application of audit processes.
Configure and schedule routine and ad hoc advanced, matrix, and composite reports while creating advanced calculated fields and ensures report accuracy and integrity. Interprets data requests with the utmost confidentiality standards in mind.
Leverage knowledge of emerging trends to continuously improve and expand Workday capabilities, keeping the firm ahead of industry developments.
Lead creation of process documents and job aids for all HRIS-related work to ensure consistent knowledge level of all Link employees.
Take a consultative approach when working with cross-functional teams to create requirements documents for system changes with full understanding of impacts.
Create and load Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) for the full Workday suite.
Maintain both user-based and role-based security assignments and Workday’s authentication policy to ensure visibility of confidential information is limited.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other Business degree.
Minimum 4-6 years of progressive HR technology experience, including at least 3 years of successfully demonstrated Workday configuration experience.
Demonstrated expertise in at least four of the following Workday modules—Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Reporting, and Help—with a strong understanding of their integration points to drive system efficiencies and process improvements. Eager and capable of mastering the full suite of modules. Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing large datasets within Workday, identifying trends and patterns, and presenting findings to leadership
Strong working knowledge of report writing, managing integrations, and business process configuration.
Excellent analytical, project management, and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently with minimal direction and supervision while being both tactical and strategic.
Ability to adapt successfully within a fast-paced environment. $130,000 – $140,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
