SR Analyst – Technical Procedures – Atlanta, GA
Job Description:
The Technical Publications Analyst develops and maintains aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagram manuals, CMMs, IPCs, and other manuals related to interior modifications and STCs.
Responsibilities include:
- Authoring and updating manuals using automated publishing systems and PC-based word processing
- Creating new manual sections from engineering and SolidWorks 3D CAD data
- Developing Client and FAA-required customized manuals
- Coordinating manual publishing
- Providing technical writing and illustration support
- Training less experienced analysts
Job Qualifications Required:
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Procedures (AMM/IPC/WDM)
A&P, FCC
license, or technical degree preferred
- MS Office and Adobe Illustrator expertise
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- STC process knowledge
- Process improvement and problem-solving background
- Analytical skills
- Experience interpreting engineering documents, Federal Aviation Regulations, Airworthiness Directives, OEM manuals, and ICAW reports
Key Skills:
