Responsibilities:

Leads in defining domain technical roadmaps with architectureand leadership. Takes ownership of functional scope analysis anddetailed solution design of the processes/systems within domain foreach project assigned. Partners across domain IT teams for alignment and impactanalysis. Proactively reviews domain for risk and mitigationsbefore they become critical. Continually keeps stakeholders,management and project managers advised of team activities andwork-plan status. Identifies and communicates project risks, team project statusto team leads, project managers, and leadership. Identifies improvements to project efficiency, speed andquality within domain and makes recommendations to teamleaders. Facilitates sessions to solicit and document requirements (e.g.creation of user stories). Technical Writing & Communications Translates business requests (Customer Journey’s, EPIC’s, orBusiness User Stories) into technical user stories, systemdiagrams, and low-level design documents. Assists in the development of design specifications anddeliverables that support system functions and improvements. Leads analysis and translation of business, information, andtechnical requirements to achieve IT solutions that meet businessneeds on projects with moderate complexity. Collaborates with business and IT partner teams to developbusiness capability and technology roadmaps, provides education onpotential process and system solution options, and drivesbusiness/IT investigation of emerging strategic capabilities. Serves as mentor to assist junior technical analysts and leadscontractors and manages their day to day activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

4-7 years Related work experience. (Required) Software Development experience with integration and deliverypractices using DevOps and Agile methodologies. (Required) Architecture experience with micro-service based servicearchitectures with their components and supporting databasetechnologies. Education:

Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or a related field. In lieuof degree, equivalent industry experience may be considered.(Required)
