Technology Operations Senior Analyst Position Available In Fulton, Georgia

The Technology Operations Senior Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex solutions, and integrations, and drive releases to improve solutions. This role is critical in supporting the restaurant technology in multiple Inspire Brands stores. This individual ensures that solutions are aligned with business strategies and comply with the organization’s application and development standards. They will also be responsible for deployment, solution planning, delivery, and auditing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tracking all JIRAs, backlog, and sprint boards for Sonic and Arby’s Communicates point of sale functionality to educate cross-functional partners and align on operational in-store execution Ensures POS implications are clearly understood and communicated to all impacted parties Meeting with Solutions engineers to have a TechOps roadmap of what is in the pipeline Managing all the software and integration turned over to QA for sign-off Reviewing reported defects to determine if they are valid or configuration issue Provides input on process improvements and maintains documentation of processes Demonstrates operational understanding of POS hardware (printers, pin pads, scanners, coin changers, etc.)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

Year Degree Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree 4-7 years of progressive, relevant IT experience such as POS system configuration and implementation experience Detailed knowledge of relevant applications and technical platforms. Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems Practical experience in building business and technical requirements
