Java-Technical Delivery Consultant-Permanent Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Growing software company seeks an experienced technical deliveryconsultant with interest in joining a small and rapidly growingcompany. The ideal candidate will have client-facing consultativeexperience, and should possess strong technology knowledge acrossthe most popular web and application platforms and operatingsystems. Requires good analytical skills, and the ability to engagein multiple initiatives simultaneously. This position is ideal forcandidates who want to grow and develop with the company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Install and configure the applications within client environmentsand/or on hosted solution by working effectively with client ITpersonnel Work with clients to determine ideal implementation solutionarchitecture, taking into consideration product suite and customerplatforms, integration needs and constraints Analyze and translate business, information and technicalrequirements into an architectural blueprint outlining solutions toachieve business objectives Consult with clients and deliver integration with upstream,downstream, and workflow applications, leveraging the publishedAPIs of the product suite Assist the Business Analysts in the analysis and documentation ofas-is capabilities about business processes, people, technology,etc. Provide Level 2 customer support for questions related to thetechnical aspects of the product suite Requirements include: Strong hands-on technical skills, current and relevant experiencein Enterprise Java and application deployment/configuration;ability to effectively alternate between detail and conceptuallevels Prior consulting experience as part of a product company or systemsintegration consultancy, especially in the area of solutionarchitecture is strongly desired. Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of howto interpret customer business needs and translate them intoapplication and operational requirements Showing good judgment, problem solving and ability tointerpret/adapt solutions or approaches when formulating responsesto issues or concerns Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability tocommunicate effectively with technical resources both at the clientand within internal development teams. Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex tasks that cometogether under one deadline Self-starter and quick learner Ability to travel in North America, the UK, Continental Europe andpossibly other global destinations

Experience/Education:

7+ years experience with systems delivery, with emphasis onpackaged software product implementation BA/BS Degree Enterprise Java, J2EE XML Java Application servers Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic Web services Relational Databases Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL Document Management / Workflow a plus (e.g., SalesForce,Sharepoint, Alfresco) Knowledge of document automation and enterprise contract managementsolutions a plus
