Full-Time We are partnering with a global investment organization to hire a Business Systems Analyst with specialized experience in Workday Financials. This role plays a critical part in enhancing system functionality, optimizing operations, and delivering data-driven insights to support enterprise financial strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate across business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. This position requires both analytical depth and technical fluency, with a focus on Workday integrations, configuration, and ongoing platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze current systems and identify improvements to align with evolving business needs Document functional and technical specifications based on user requirements Design, test, and implement enhancements and integrations within the Workday platform Collaborate with Finance and Operations stakeholders to support process transformation Lead and support Workday updates, new feature rollouts, and system upgrades Maintain clear communication with internal teams, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences Support user training, documentation, and testing (UAT) activities Contribute to both strategic projects and day-to-day support operations

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience with Workday Financials in a business systems or technical analyst role Proficient in integration development and data transformation (XML, Workday Studio, etc.) Hands-on SQL experience Experience supporting or collaborating with teams in Finance, HR, Compliance, or Legal Familiarity with cloud-based applications, modern data architectures, and agile environments Demonstrated ability to deliver well-documented technical solutions that meet business needs Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday Prism, Workforce Planning, or Extend Background in investment management, financial services, or related industries Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI Workday certifications (Financials, Studio, etc.) Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering scalable enterprise solutions

$135,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
