Description We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT Operations Analyst I to join our dynamic IT team. This entry-level role is responsible for Level I technical support, system monitoring, and helping ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support (hardware, software, network issues)
- Monitor systems and networks to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and updates
- Support data backup and disaster recovery processes
- Ensure reliable connectivity across software applications and mobile devices
- Collaborate with the IT team on complex issues
