Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Software Developer with our client in the financial Industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

Leadplex initiatives with broad impact in Software Engineering
Review and analyze large-scale or longer-term engineering challenges
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
Translate business needs into technical user stories for engineering teams
Ensurepliance with internal policies and external regulations

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical role
Experience writing user stories for offshore .NET teams
Prior exposure to HR systems or employee documentation processes
Familiarity with image capture technology is a plus

Pay Range:

$ 60-70
