Job Description
What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Analyst, Technology Compliance at XPO
At a minimum, you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of IT and SOX audit experience
Proactive, high-energy individual with strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently without constant detailed direction.
Excellent communication skills and can collaborate well with peers and business users,
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency
Proficient in working on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and computer literate with an interest in learning new software programs. Proven interpersonal, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach, and influence employees
Process driven and detail-oriented Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), MS in Computer Science or related field 6+ years of IT and SOX audit experience
